Depending on the complexity of the design, a carpenter may also be brought onboard to execute the structure.

Once the materials are acquired, production will begin and a lead time given, with communication through out to keep you in the loop.

As a way to try to mitigate these worries and encourage people to consider botanical dye products, at Botaneecasa we offer one free re- dye service on all our products after two years of ownership using the same botanicals.

When we receive your item, we will also check for any damage, and repair these too, our commitment to our ethos of “repair, don’t replace” and a challenge to throw away culture.

All our naturally dyed goods are eligible for this service, any subsequent re-dyes are calculated according to the price of the dye stuff selected.
